Vijay 61 : Vijay’s Character in the 1980’s Portion
As we all know Ilayathalapathy Vijay is presently shooting for ‘Vijay 61’ directed by Atlee. The first schedule of the film has been completed and in this schedule the portions set in the 1980s have been canned that includes a village Thirivizha song and a fight scene.
Now it has been revealed that Vijay plays a village chieftain, a do-gooder and a kind of messiah for the people. Nithya Menen plays the wife of this character played by Vijay.
Now the second schedule of the shooting has been started. Vijay and SJ Suryah are shooting for the film in this schedule.
The film had its first schedule in the sets erected in ECR by Art Director Muthuraj in which Vijay took part. The lead actor will be taking part in the second schedule also.
Today, we learn that actor and director SJ Suryah who is said to be playing a negative role in the film has started shooting for ‘Thalapathy 61’.
Suryah has directed Vijay in the blockbuster ‘Kushi’ that released in the year 2000 and turned out to be a path breaking film in their respective careers. Suryah played a guest role in Vijay’s 2012 blockbuster ‘Nanban’ directed by Shankar and the duo did not have any combination scene.
Now five years after ‘Nanban’ Vijay and Suryah will be shooting together for a film and the two immensely talented celebrities are expected to share the screen space substantially in this film.
‘Thalapathy 61‘ is being directed by Atlee and produced by Sri Thenandal Films banner.
It is said that Vijay plays triple roles in the film which has Kajal Aggarwal and Samantha as the female leads.
